Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel your Weekly Pass up to 24 hours before your first session for a full refund. Once the first session of the week begins, the pass is considered used and no refunds are issued. Passes do not roll over to the following week.

Billing & Renewal

Your pass renews automatically each month on your sign-up date. You'll receive a billing reminder 3 days before each renewal. Billing details and your next renewal date are in your welcome email.

Cancellation Policy — Important

You may cancel your Monthly Pass at any time from your account settings or by replying to your welcome email. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. After cancellation, your access remains active through the end of the current paid period — no partial refunds are issued for unused days.
