Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before Sessions Begin: Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before your first scheduled session.

After Sessions Begin: No refunds once mentorship has commenced. However, you retain full access to all five months of the safety net support and curriculum materials through the program completion date.

Limitation of Liability

The Pentad Program and its mentors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the program, reliance on educational materials, or trading outcomes. Market conditions, execution issues, and personal trading decisions fall entirely outside our scope of responsibility.
